Our great-grandmothers wouldn't have read labels that touted "all-natural" juice or "grass-fed" beef. Oh, and the yet-to-be coined word "playlist" would have probably been taken to mean Scrabble, cards and Monopoly with friends and family.
Getting back to the foods and other lifestyles of our great-grandmothers can help us reconnect with ourselves, our loved ones and the planet.

I'm generally not a big fan of Richard Simmons. But, the pictures used above the movie clip are the same ones used in my physical therapists office. If professionals are using them, there must be something to it, right?
I find Richard Simmons a bit annoying, too, but I figured the information might be useful. I admire Richard Simmons for his dedication, but I find him a bit too shrill for my tastes.
